Terms of Service

7. Amendments to the Terms
The Administrator reserves the right to amend these Terms. The amended Terms shall be effective from the moment they are published in the Service.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the law applicable to the seat of the Administrator, in particular the law of the Republic of Poland.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the seat of the Administrator, unless mandatory provisions of law provide otherwise.
